  1. Stay Hydrated

Drinking plenty of water is key to staying healthy. When we deprive ourselves of water you are directly effecting your entire body. Lack of water can cause your face to look tired, dry, and lifeless. Water gives us energy to do our daily activities. If you don’t drink your recommended water intake you may be experiencing excessive fatigue. 3. Wash your makeup brushes, regularly.

Day after day we put our makeup brushes through a lot. Makeup, oil, an dirt build up on the brushes every day. We may not realize this because they don’t necessarily look dirty. Think about how much makeup you put on over the coarse of a month, then think about how much makeup is stuck on your brushes. Often times, dirty brushes lead to breakouts. Following a clarifying shampoo, use a deep conditioner to keep your hair soft and smooth.
